I have been over the moon with the prompt & efficient service I have received from Uttings. Ordering, delivery etc has been second to none...continually updated on when my order would be delivered, right down to the hour! My new Hunter Wellies are fantastic, so delighted with them but need some ultimate testing so I'll reserve judgement on quality of product until later. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

My husband bought the gloss tall hunters for my birthday in august, delivery prompt, looked great, However, 6 months later they have holes in the heels. Really disappointed, £59.99 for wellies that last 6 months. I have now to send them back so they can check these. Watch this space, will let you know how uttings customer service is.

I recently purchased my wellies due to the big Freeze in Liverpool. They are so comfortable and really good money value compared to the retail stores. They are fashionable and can be kept on all day. The only down fall of the boots is there is an increased risk of slip with the ongoing sole wear. The boots are guaranteed for 12 months.
