Bought for dog walking they are true to size didnt need wearing in they were comfortable from the first wear. My feet were warm and dry after a long muddy walk. Well worth the cost.

Lovely boots very stylish looking. Certainly waterproof (tested already) and appear sturdy. I needed good walking boots for Country walking which I can still wear later meeting family/friends. Negatives.... and this is entirely down to the manufacturer not the seller. I consider myself a true size 6. I missed that Kanyon describe 6 as a European 40. Its just not for me 40 is a size 7. This did mean the boots were bigger than Id have liked. Uttings didnt have any 39s in stock so I decided to resolve matters with some thick insoles (got a pair of gel insoles and another fleecy pair on top!) That combination has provided me with a better fit stopped my feet moving around which was really noticeable when walking through thick mud. I also added some self adhesive Velcro to the calf strap so I could get a tighter fit on the calf. The kanyon design only has half the strap Velcrod which didnt allow me enough adjustment. Given my own additions to the boots am extremely happy in a comfortable country boot! However...
